Our property owns a part of, and offers exclusive access to the Bitter Creek National Wildlife Refuge. As a hub of California Condor and other wildlife activity, the Bitter Creek NWR is a beautiful and untouched slice of Kern County & Ventura County - available for our guests to explore and sightsee in at their leisure.
In addition to the ATV tracks and a variety of off-roading and horseback riding trails on our property, we are also located just a short distance from Ballinger Canyon OHV Park, easily accessible from the ranch. For more information on nearby trails, visit our Trails page. We're only 30 minutes away from Hungry Valley SVRA, home to one of the largest OHV parks in California!
A partnership has been made with a nearby horse stable offering Trail rides throughout the Chumash Wilderness. They also offer archery, western roping, dirt skiing, sword play, and a number of other activities. Horse boarding is still offered onsite if you are traveling with your horse.
